邵阳市创新职业技术学校，前身为邵阳学院物理系中专部，创办中专层次的学历教育已有二十三的历史。是邵阳*一所有本科大学执教的中专学校。专业有计算机应用、有视觉传达设计（含网页、广告、包装）等，有室内设计、电算会计，特色行业服务兼艺术教育专业。还设有众多选修课程，包含会计培训、声乐社团、舞蹈社团、奥尔夫音乐教学课堂等。学校还跟理工大学联合办学，连读五年，可拿本科文凭。学校多次被评为“教学管理先进单位”，校长曾卉兰本人也多次评为湖南省的优秀教育工作者。
