山东省莘县华祥石化有限公司成立于1989年，隶属于亚通集团旗下的子公司，地处中原油田腹地，公司占地面积1000余亩，公司现有员工500余人，专业技术人员260余人，年营业收入33亿元，是1999年国务院批准的全国82家地方石油化工企业之一，也是聊城市一家以石油加工为主的石油化工企业。在国家“十四五”规划来临之际，华祥石化本着可持续发展的理念，大力发展低碳循环经济，2015年新建200万吨/年产品质量升级项目，有汽柴油加氢精制装置、延迟焦化装置、制氢装置及硫磺回收联合装置，并完善以上项目的配置设施。
