中建幕墙有限公司（简称“中建幕墙”），于2011年1月31日在北京成立，注册资本2.59亿元，是中国建筑装饰集团有限公司旗下的全资子公司，隶属于中国建筑股份有限公司。
中建幕墙是中国建筑和中建装饰为实现专业化发展、集约化管理、资本化运营而专门设立而成。公司成立之初，投资近5亿元人民币在武汉建起了全亚洲规模大、设备先进的幕墙工业园和可容纳500余名设计师的设计研发基地，形成了以华中为中心、辐射全国的“一主四副”加工基地和产业网群，可为全球客户提供集幕墙设计、产品研发、制造加工、安装施工、实验检测及售后服务于一体的全过程服务。
