Chongqing Baifu Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 and is located in Shuangfu Industrial Park, Jiangjin District, Chongqing. It is a professional enterprise engaged in the research, development and manufacturing of automotive air-conditioning compressor clutches and electromagnetic clutches for riding lawn mowers. It is the largest clutch manufacturer in Southwest China, possessing core technology and independent intellectual property rights.
Production Capacity:
The company currently has more than 150 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 10 engineers, and 22 senior technicians of various types. The company covers a wide range of processes, including: stamping, drawing, welding, die-casting, various metal cutting, coating, electrophoresis, electromagnetic coil winding, sub-assembly production lines, etc. It has a monthly production capacity of 180,000 clutch sets; annual output value is approximately 100 million yuan.
Quality Management:
The company passed IATF/TS16949 quality management system certification in 2005. Throughout the entire process from product research and development, trial production to mass production, the quality management system is strictly followed to ensure product quality.
Customer Base:
Lawn mower electromagnetic clutch products are widely used in the garden machinery industry (GGP (Stiga) & Husqvarna MPP and OPP models); automotive electromagnetic clutch products are widely used in the automotive industry (Changan, Great Wall, Geely and other models); and are adopted by domestic and international customers.
