(Jinbei Automobile) and Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (Yanfeng International). Jinbei Automobile is a key backbone enterprise in the automotive industry of Liaoning Province and the first listed company in the province. Yanfeng International is a leading global supplier of automotive interiors and BMW's largest interior business supplier worldwide. Its parent company, SAIC Motor, ranked 52nd in the 2020 Fortune Global 500. Jinbei Yanfeng's origins can be traced back to the Shenyang Automobile Cushion Factory, established in the 1960s, which later evolved into Shenyang Automobile Upholstery Factory, Shenyang Automobile Seat Factory, and Shenyang Jinbei Johnson Controls Automotive Interior Components Co., Ltd. (Jinbei Johnson Controls). In March 2018, Johnson Controls, a shareholder of Jinbei Johnson Controls, changed to Yanfeng International, and the company was officially renamed Shenyang Jinbei Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems Co., Ltd. With the mission of 'becoming the customer's preferred automotive interior partner,' Jinbei Yanfeng is dedicated to the production, manufacturing, and after-sales service of automotive door panels, instrument panels, center consoles, and other automotive interior products. The company possesses a comprehensive management system, excellent manufacturing capabilities, and leading R&D capabilities, and has been supplying interior products to BMW Brilliance since 2003. The company has successively obtained qualifications and honors such as Shenyang Top 100 Taxpayers, Shenyang High-tech Enterprise, and AEO Advanced Certified Enterprise (the highest level of customs credit management).
