Shanghai Mengchao Cancer Hospital is affiliated with Shanghai Cell Therapy Group Co., Ltd. Shanghai Cell Therapy Group was established in 2013, a high-tech company built on the basis of a municipal engineering technology research center approved by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. With cell therapy as its core, it is committed to building a closed-loop industrial chain of "cell storage, excellent cell drug research and development, and precise clinical translation of cells," a platform company for a cell health complex, with the mission of realizing the "Baize Plan," committed to developing cancer immunotherapy technologies and products that are effective yet affordable for Chinese people.
Shanghai Mengchao Cancer Hospital is located in the Jiading Precision Medicine and Health Service Cluster, at No. 1585 Yuanguo Road, Anting Town. It is a specialized cancer hospital featuring surgical treatment, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, and precise immunotherapy with immune cells. Construction of the hospital began in 2016, with a total investment of 800 million yuan. In April 2019, with the care and support of the Shanghai Municipal and Jiading District governments, and approved by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, it was established according to the standards of a tertiary specialized cancer hospital, with a planned 410 beds, covering an area of 30,440 square meters, with a planned total construction area of 39,880 square meters. With the goal of "first-class team, first-class technology, first-class service, first-class equipment, and first-class environment," it aims to become an internationally leading clinical trial institution for cell drugs, a top precise medical cancer center, and the core general hospital of the precise medical ecosystem chain.
