ATA was founded in 1999 and listed on the NASDAQ in the United States in 2008 (NASDAQ: ATAI). After 20 years of rapid development, ATA divested its computer-based testing service business in September 2018 and fully transformed into an education technology company with the vision of providing "leading international education services".

Business Layout and Development
K12 Segment
In September 2018, ATA completed the acquisition of "Mei Zhi Lv", China's largest overseas study tour service provider, and will develop it into a leading overseas study tour platform company by integrating global study tour education resources;
Mei Zhi Lv has an extensive B2B sales network and strong resource advantages, maintaining close relationships with numerous top school districts and prestigious universities in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Singapore, and has established partnerships with over 200 educational camps across various disciplines and more than 300 global companies. It provides safe and convenient comprehensive solutions for institutions, families, and students, including overseas study, internship services, background and language enhancement, and various high-end study tours and research-based learning.

Higher Vocational Education
In May 2018, ATA established the Industry-Education Integration Research Institute to develop higher vocational education products, jointly build majors and colleges. In the vocational education field, Quanmei Education serves higher vocational colleges and application-oriented undergraduate institutions, focusing on domestic and international higher education reform and development, and upgrading and transforming traditional majors. Core majors mainly involve new engineering and new business disciplines. New engineering directions include new information technology, e-sports and management, artificial intelligence, robotics engineering, and UAV application technology; new business directions include cloud finance, cloud marketing, cloud human resources, and cloud management. Majors under preparation include intelligent manufacturing, new energy vehicles, new materials, intelligent electronics, and smart cities. At the same time, it builds a global education service platform, integrates resources from various institutions, enterprises, and international education services, and collaborates with government, industry, enterprises, schools, and research institutions to promote international talent cultivation, support universities in reforming teaching content and curriculum systems, introduce substantial international education capital into the domestic vocational education field, and play an important role in deepening international industry-education integration and serving regional industrial upgrading. Quanmei Education has undertaken multiple projects from relevant departments of the Ministry of Education and is an important partner of the China Annual Conference for International Education. Based on talent demands of industries in various regions, Quanmei Education provides services such as teacher training, major enhancement and co-construction, qualification certification, and development of cutting-edge curriculum systems, thereby offering universities a complete set of high-quality industry-education integration overall solutions.

High-Quality Content Introduction
In September, ATA signed a strategic cooperation agreement with EdgeMakers, an innovative education course provider, to expand the "new innovation and entrepreneurship" education market.

Platform Construction
? ATA will further launch the Quanmei Cloud Platform, which combines with professional construction services to provide overall solutions for industry-education integration. Focusing on blended teaching models, PBL models, and personalized learning technology applications, it tracks and analyzes student learning processes to achieve personalized learning, effectively improving teaching effectiveness and learning efficiency, and accumulating learning data. It promotes the digital transformation of traditional educational institutions and facilitates the construction of smart campuses, covering aspects such as smart teaching, smart academic affairs, big data assessment, career planning, smart practical training, and employment guidance.
