岗位职责：
1、水利信息化系统开发、功能改进、系统性能优化；
2、按照客户需求进行相关产品的开发，保证软件开发的质量；
3、对产品需求进行前期分析，能正确理解客户需求；
4、负责信息系统日常运维，及时解决用户在日常使用过程中遇到的问题。

任职要求：
1、计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，其中 3 年以上水利信息化领域开发经验优先；
2、熟练掌握Springboot，Spring Cloud、MyBatis Plus、Redis、 Redisson等框架技术，能独立进行系统框架的搭建
3、熟练掌握TCP/IP、HTTP等网络协议，对Socket编程有深入的了解，了解并能够使用异步编程和多线程编程
4、熟悉Angular,vue,jquery,bootstrap一种或多种等前端开发框架，了解分布式服务框架dubbo优先；
5、熟悉pgsql、mysql等关系型数据库，了解其基础的存储引擎以及数据库表、sql相关优化；熟练使用分布式存储数据库nosql，例如redis、memcached、mongodb，了解其原理；
6、熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，有较强的的逻辑分析能力，能比较熟练的对指定领域产品以及业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分。
7、具有良好的沟通协调能力，具备比较高强度的抗压能力；良好的文档撰写能力；
8、工作主动性强，耐心细致，有责任心，具备团队合作精神。
