一、岗位职责
1. 负责低空经济飞行服务平台等平台型产品的后端系统研发，参与核心业务系统的研发迭代。
2. 根据产品规划和项目需求，完成后端技术方案设计、核心代码开发、系统联调与上线支持。
4. 设计和实现高可用、高并发、高扩展性的后端服务，保障平台在多用户、多角色、多任务场景下的稳定运行。
5. 与产品经理、前端、中台团队密切协作，推动复杂业务的系统落地。
6. 参与平台公共能力建设，如用户与权限管理（RBAC）、多租户体系、日志与审计、消息与事件驱动等。
7. 参与技术规范制定、代码评审、系统性能优化与技术债治理。
二、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息工程、地理信息系统等相关专业。
2. 5 年及以上后端研发经验，具备大型平台或复杂业务系统研发经验，有低空经济领域平台型产品研发经验优先。
3. 精通 Java / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 生态，具备扎实的面向对象与工程能力。
4. 熟悉常见关系型数据库（如 MySQL / PostgreSQL等），具备数据库设计与 SQL 优化能力。
5. 熟悉 Redis、消息队列（Kafka / RabbitMQ 等）等中间件的使用场景与原理。
6. 具备 RESTful API 设计经验，理解微服务架构下的服务治理与接口规范。
7. 熟悉 RBAC 权限模型、组织架构与多角色系统设计，有高并发、实时数据处理或任务调度系统研发经验。
8. 具备良好的代码规范、文档意识和问题排查能力。
9. 系统性思维强，能从平台整体视角进行技术设计，能快速理解复杂行业业务规则，推动复杂项目落地，对系统质量和稳定性有较高要求。
