闽侯县环保生态产业园位于闽侯县鸿尾乡奎石村格里自然村，占地 390.52亩，建设内容为生活垃圾焚烧发电厂和建筑渣土受纳资源化项目。其中垃圾焚烧发电厂项目红线面积187.57亩，规划垃圾处理规模2600吨日。一期工程600吨日，包括1600垃圾焚烧炉 115凝汽式汽轮发电机组。一期估算总投资44924.53万元。一期建成后，年处理生活垃圾25万吨，年发电量17128万千瓦时。烟气净化系统采用“ 炉内 半干法旋转雾化反应塔脱酸 干法喷粉 活性炭喷射 袋式除尘器 1# 湿法脱硫 2# 脱硝”，烟气排放指标全面满足或优于当前执行的国标和欧盟标准。
