按照三级甲等综合医院标准规划建设的一所股份制非营利性医院。医院项目建设规模为3300张床位，占地面积493.67亩，建筑面积约38.18万平方米，预计基本建设总投资约为30.24亿元人民币。其中，项目一期以综合医院建设为主，建筑面积约23万平方米，开放1300张病床，设计日门急诊量5000人次。
医院开业初期计划先开放500张床位，医院门诊、急诊、医技、住院局部区域将整体开业，急诊24小时接诊。门诊开放大内科、大外科、妇科、内分泌科、心内科/老年病科、中医疼痛科、睡眠医学中心等科室，并配套超声科、检验科、影像科、药学部等相应的医技科室和医务管理部门。
