The Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangzhong) was formerly Nangang Staff Hospital, founded in 1958. In May 2010, with the approval of the People's Government of Jiangxi Province, it was transferred to Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and renamed as the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Adhering to the mission of "self-improvement, benevolence, exquisite medical skills, and benefiting the people," the hospital has now developed into a Grade 3A integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, preventive healthcare, and community health services. The hospital is located at No. 511 Nangang Avenue, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The hospital has a complete range of specialties, with more than 40 clinical and medical technology departments including emergency department, cardiovascular internal medicine, nephrology (blood purification room), gastroenterology, orthopedics and traumatology, dermatology, anorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive medicine, children's rehabilitation, acupuncture and moxibustion, medical imaging, laboratory medicine, pathology, surgical anesthesia, intensive care medicine (ICU), and interventional room.
