Chongqing Bonded Port Area Co., Ltd. was established on December 1, 2017 by way of sponsorship by Chongqing Bonded Port Area Development and Management Group Co., Ltd. together with Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., and two funds managed by Chongqing Liangjiang Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and officially commenced operations on January 1, 2018, with registered capital of RMB 400 million. The establishment of the joint-stock company follows the pace of reform and carries the major historical mission entrusted by the Bonded Port Area Group. It will fully and reasonably leverage the characteristics of diversified shareholders and large asset scale, continuously build market influence, enhance corporate innovation and competitiveness, strive to maximize corporate benefits, and ultimately achieve the goal of listing. At present, the company's corporate governance structure is fully established, with 6 comprehensive functional departments and 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries (Chongqing Bonded Port Area Gangxin Asset Management Co., Ltd., Chongqing Bonded Port Area Import and Export Commodity Trading Co., Ltd., Chongqing Gangteng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Chongqing Bonded Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center Co., Ltd.), initially forming a "joint-stock + specialized subsidiaries" management model, and basically forming six major main businesses including asset management, import and export commodity trading, cross-border e-commerce local service system, bonded exhibition functional platform, property management, and labor services.
