Guohou Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guohou Asset") is a local asset management company (local AMC) established with the approval of the Anhui Provincial Government, and is among the first batch in China to have the qualification for batch acquisition and disposal of non-performing financial assets, as approved and announced by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and filed with the Ministry of Finance. The company was established in April 2014 with a registered capital of RMB 2.634 billion. It was jointly initiated by China Orient Asset and other advantageous resource enterprises such as Boya Investment, with Beijing Wentou, Everbright Trust, and XCMG Group as strategic investors. The company's long-term credit rating is AA+, with a stable outlook.

Guohou Asset focuses on the non-performing asset management business, acquiring, managing, operating, and disposing of non-performing assets from various financial and non-financial enterprises. Through various methods such as additional investment, debt restructuring, debt-to-equity swaps, enterprise reorganization, and trusteeship and rescue of distressed enterprises, it provides high-quality and professional comprehensive financial services to resolve financial risks and serve the real economy.

Since its establishment, Guohou Asset has adhered to market-oriented methods, legal principles, and professional approaches in steadily conducting various businesses, with its comprehensive development level ranking among the forefront of local AMCs nationwide. As of the end of December 2019, the company's net assets stood at RMB 4.897 billion, with cumulative acquisition of non-performing assets exceeding RMB 100 billion, involving dozens of banks including ICBC, ABC, BOC, CCB, and nearly a thousand enterprises; it has participated in managing over 100 funds of various types, with a scale of RMB 100 billion.
