Dongguan Securities was established in June 1988 with a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan. It is a state-controlled nationwide comprehensive securities company and one of the first batch of underwriting and sponsorship institutions in China. As of the end of 2022, the company had 93 branches (including 91 business outlets, 1 Shanghai branch, and 1 Shenzhen branch), with business outlets throughout the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Bohai Economic Rim. The company wholly owns Dongzheng Jinxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Dongzheng Hongde Investment Co., Ltd., and holds a stake in Hualian Futures Co., Ltd.
