Jiangxi Zhongjiu Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd.

In order to further improve the strategic layout of the enterprise, the company began to enter the natural gas field and established Jiangxi Zhongjiu Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongjiu Group) in April 2014, with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. The company is mainly engaged in urban gas, large-scale industrial direct supply services, gas equipment leasing, LNG (liquefied natural gas) logistics and trade, gas engineering services, etc. Its business covers Jiangxi, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Jilin, Liaoning, Hubei and other provinces. It has also formed strategic partnerships with large energy groups such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC.
Zhongjiu Group currently has more than 11 member enterprises, with a total of more than 700 employees, including about 450 with college degrees or above, 5 with senior professional titles, and 60 with junior and intermediate professional titles. The overall quality of employees is relatively high, and its technical strength is strong. As of 2021, the group's total assets exceeded RMB 1 billion, serving more than 300,000 residential users, and owning more than 1,500 industrial and commercial users of various types, involving industries such as chemicals, metal smelting, mineral processing, papermaking, food processing, machinery manufacturing, material forming, etc. In 2022, the group sold more than 363 million cubic meters of natural gas, with total revenue exceeding RMB 1.5 billion and realized profit of about RMB 160 million.
