Hunan Huaxia Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Hunan Huaxia Engineering Cost Affairs Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, located in the center of Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is the earliest private engineering cost company established in Hunan Province and one of the 14 engineering cost judicial appraisal firms in Changsha, Hunan approved by the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China in 2004. Our company has comprehensive professional qualifications: obtained Grade A engineering cost qualification in August 2012, Grade B qualification as a government procurement agency in November 2013, and provisional-level qualification as an engineering bidding agency in March 2014.
