Hubei Helian Engineering Management Co., Ltd. was approved for establishment by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 1996. It is a member unit of the China Construction Supervision Association, the standing council member unit of the sixth council of the Hubei Province Supervision Association, the standing council member unit of the Wuhan Supervision Association, and the vice president unit of the Wuhan Construction Safety Management Association. The company's main business scope: construction project management, pre-construction consulting for construction projects, including the preparation or organization of evaluation of project proposals and feasibility studies, etc.; management during the construction project preparation and design stages; management during the construction implementation, completion, and quality guarantee period stages; supervision of general industrial and civil construction projects, municipal engineering supervision, electromechanical engineering supervision, civil air defense engineering supervision, water supply and drainage engineering supervision, and decoration engineering supervision. In 2015, a BIM technology center was established, using computer software and network technology to manage our project construction more comprehensively, intuitively, meticulously, and accurately. The company has many high-quality technical and economic experts, with a current total of 302 employees, including: 238 middle and senior professional technical personnel, 45 senior engineers, 128 engineers, 39 national registered supervision engineers, 4 registered structural engineers, 2 registered architects, 10 first-class construction engineers, 12 registered cost engineers, 2 real estate appraisers, 1 registered safety engineer, and 2 lawyers. The technical personnel of the company cover specialties including: architecture, structure, decoration, electrical, plumbing, geotechnical, municipal, landscaping, roads and bridges, and economics, etc., with complete specialties. All technical personnel of the company have passed the supervision engineer training organized by the Ministry of Construction or the Hubei Provincial Department of Construction, graduated successfully, and hold supervision qualification certificates.
