福建师范大学闽南科技学院是教育部批准确认的一所实施全日制本科学历教育的独立学院。学院由菲律宾华侨投资建设，地处*侨乡——泉州南安康美开发区，依山傍水，环境宜人。学院实行“董事会决策、院长负责”的领导体制，董事长为菲律宾*华侨企业家戴宏达先生，聘请中国科学院*数学家、中国数学会生物数学分会理事长、博士生导师陈兰孙研究员担任名誉院长，院长为福建师范大学博士生导师黄国盛教授。
