Zhongwai Jianhuacheng Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1988, formerly known as "Beijing Long'an Huacheng Architectural Design Co., Ltd.", and was restructured into a limited liability company in 2003. It is a council member unit of the Beijing Survey and Design Association and is a large-scale architectural design company in Beijing with active design concepts.
The company's main business includes: architectural engineering design, municipal engineering design, urban planning design, landscape design, decoration design, engineering consulting management, and many other fields. The company currently has an office area of 2,650 square meters and more than 1,000 employees, including 28 Class I registered architects, 29 Class I registered structural engineers, 21 registered planners, and 10 registered equipment engineers. Designers with intermediate and senior technical titles account for 76% of the total number of employees.
