Shopping Center Sector
Hesheng Commercial has more than 30 shopping centers in operation and preparation, mainly distributed in core cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, of which 7 are in operation. The office properties managed by Hesheng Commercial mainly cover three major international central cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, radiating to seven surrounding regional central cities, and have successfully operated more than 1 million square meters of commercial office properties, ranking first in China. The office properties managed by Hesheng Commercial are subdivided into two product series: CBD Grade-A office buildings and sub-center office buildings.
