Juxin Leasing has a diversified financing system including bank credit funds, asset securitization, and corporate bonds, providing sufficient financial support for business development. Shanghai Juxin Haiju New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haiju New Energy") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Juxin Leasing, focusing on the new energy sector. Relying on the strong financial strength and resource endowment of its parent company, Juxin Leasing, Haiju New Energy has accumulated rich project investment experience in photovoltaic and other new energy fields, with business coverage across the country. Through flexible and innovative investment and financing cooperation models, it provides full-process solutions for power stations and gradually builds a new energy investment, construction, and operation service platform. Centering on project investment, leveraging its professional team and operational system, it fully utilizes the dual advantages of "finance + industry" to provide integrated "investment-financing-construction-operation" one-stop investment and operation solutions, establishing comprehensive partnerships with mainstream photovoltaic and new energy enterprises, and continuously providing clean energy to society.
