Poly Changda Engineering Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Poly Group, and a high-tech enterprise integrating engineering construction, design, maintenance, and investment. The company possesses the special-grade qualification for general contracting of highway engineering construction, grade-A qualification for highway industry design, and general contracting qualifications for port and waterway, railway, construction and municipal public utilities, airport pavement and civil aviation air traffic control engineering. Its business includes highway, port and waterway, municipal, construction, offshore wind power, and airport construction engineering sectors. It has undertaken construction projects in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Hebei, Henan, Zhejiang, Shandong, Anhui, Fujian, Sichuan, Guizhou, Gansu and other provinces and cities, as well as in multiple countries such as Cambodia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Vietnam, Malaysia, Mauritania, and Saudi Arabia. Since the reform and opening up, the company has built over 4,000 kilometers of highways, including over 3,000 kilometers of high-grade highways; it has undertaken construction of more than 300 large and super-large bridge projects, including Dongguan Humen Bridge, Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, and the under-construction Shiziyang Passage; it has undertaken construction of over 200 kilometers of super-large and large tunnels, such as Shiyashan Tunnel of Guangdong Guangwu Expressway, Yanshan Tunnel of Zhejiang Taizhou Bay Coastal Expressway, and the immersed tube tunnel of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link; and it has contracted steel bridge deck paving works for a number of major bridges, including Guangzhou Pearl River Huangpu Bridge, Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge, Ningbo Xiangshan Port Bridge, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link.
