China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) is a super-large state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is China's largest offshore oil and gas production operator and one of the country's three major oil companies. CNOOC Jiangxi Sales Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (a central state-owned enterprise). Its headquarters is located in Nanchang County, Jiangxi Province, and it is mainly responsible for the development and construction of the network terminals across Jiangxi Province, the retail, wholesale, and direct sales of refined oil products, as well as chemical trading and warehousing business. According to CNOOC's overall layout of 'two continents and one bay', Jiangxi Company is comprehensively expanding its refined oil terminal network through new construction, acquisition, leasing, and other development means. Jiangxi Province is a key region in CNOOC's 'one river and two lines' development layout.
