Jiangxi Changtian Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changtian Group") is a provincial-level enterprise wholly established with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial Government. It is the main platform for the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to promote the elderly care industry and a leading enterprise in the province's health and wellness industry. Changtian Group has a registered capital of RMB 2 billion, with its headquarters located in Nanchang Ganjiang New Area. It has established a health and wellness industrial company and owns more than 50 hotels and convalescent institutions in Nanchang, Jinggangshan, Lushan and other places. In the near future, it will establish multiple sub-groups in areas such as hotels, elderly care, education and venture capital. Its main business covers health and wellness services, health preservation and recuperation, health consulting management, and the construction and operation of health and wellness bases; medical and pharmaceutical services, and the manufacturing and sales of medical devices; hotel investment, management and operation; education and training, culture and sports, and tourism; and industrial investment, asset management and green financial services.

The establishment of Changtian Group is a major strategic decision by the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to implement the "Five-Sphere Integrated Plan" from a high starting point, respond to the people's new expectations for a better life, and advance the building of a "Healthy China." It is a major measure for Jiangxi to practice the development philosophy of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" and comprehensively deepen the supply-side structural reform of the province. It is an important economic and industrial lever for the provincial government to promote the decoupling and transfer, corporatization reform and strategic restructuring of state-owned training and convalescent institutions, optimize the structure and layout of state-owned capital, promote the group-based and professional operation of provincial training and convalescent institutions, expand the effective supply of health and wellness services, and advance the high-quality leapfrog development of Jiangxi's happiness industry. The term "Changtian" is taken from the famous line in "Preface to the Pavilion of Prince Teng" by Wang Bo of the Tang Dynasty: "The setting clouds and the lonely wild duck fly together; the autumn water and the vast sky share one color." It highlights the far-sighted deployment of the elderly care industry by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and implies a broad prospect for people's livelihood undertakings and a harmonious society in which "all people enjoy longevity and are cared for in their old age."
