Xuzhou Xinsheng Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinsheng Group") was established in 2007 with a registered capital of 4 billion yuan, positioning itself as a comprehensive urban construction service operator. Following the requirements of the municipal party committee and municipal government, the company underwent two rounds of restructuring and integration in 2018 and 2022. Closely focusing on the two major strategies of urban renewal and rural revitalization, and based on the two major sectors of urban-rural development, construction, operation, and service, as well as grain and food industry, the company drives the "three carriages" of urban construction industry, water affairs industry, and agricultural and grain industry, promotes the "six major projects" of large-scale development, large-scale water affairs, large-scale agriculture and grain, large-scale property management, large-scale asset management, and large-scale safety, and shoulders the responsibility of the enterprise.
As a large municipal enterprise, Xinsheng Group has more than 20 subordinate entities for actual operation and controls one listed company, VV Group. With total assets of nearly 100 billion yuan, it ranks among the top 100 urban investment companies in China, has been selected as one of the "Top 50 Real Estate Enterprises in Jiangsu Province" for seven consecutive years, is the platform company in northern Jiangsu awarded with AAA long-term credit rating, and is also a pilot unit of Xuzhou municipal state-owned capital operation company.
Since its establishment, Xinsheng Group has adhered to closely serving the overall social and economic development of Xuzhou, implemented the decisions and arrangements of the municipal party committee and municipal government, and achieved extraordinary and leapfrog development. Up to now, the company has completed more than 80 demolition projects, renovated shantytown areas with a total construction area of over 15 million square meters, with a total investment exceeding 60 billion yuan, creating a "Xuzhou model" for shantytown renovation and helping Xuzhou be included in the national shantytown renovation incentive plan for three consecutive years. It has invested in the construction of special commercial streets such as Binhu Xintiandi and Science and Technology Plaza Music Theme Street, and regional commercial complexes such as Hengsheng Plaza, Sanbao International Plaza, Junsheng Plaza, and Xinsheng Plaza; and invested in the development of commercial residential projects such as Jinxiu Lakeside, Ziwei Mansion, Blue City · Lanyuan, Fengheyuan, Shangheyuan, and Baitahu Town.
