About the Company

The National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is a fire equipment quality inspection center approved and recognized by the State Economic Commission and the National Bureau of Standards in 1987. It is a subordinate institution of the Shanghai Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management (formerly the Shanghai Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security). It is now also a national accredited laboratory for fire equipment, a designated unit for type approval testing of new automotive products, a mandatory inspection institution for automotive safety regulations, a national scientific and technological achievement testing and appraisal institution, and the Shanghai Fire Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station.
