4.了解常用的数据库（如MySQL、MongoDB等），并具备一定的SQL编写能力，熟悉Elasticsearch/FAISS等检索工具。
5.了解知识图谱构建或检索增强生成(RAG)技术优先考虑。
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够快速融入团队并承担项目任务。
7.具备一定的企业级系统开发意识，关注代码可维护性、日志监控与容灾设计。
