(referred to as "Cedar Holdings"), a Fortune Global 500 company, with a registered capital of RMB 3.005 billion. As of the end of 2018, the company had total assets of RMB 9.424 billion and net assets of RMB 7.447 billion.
Cedar International Trust, formerly known as Jiangxi Provincial International Trust and Investment Corporation, was established in June 1981 and is a nationwide financial holding group approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
In April 2019, Cedar Holdings became the company's new controlling shareholder. In June 2019, the company was officially renamed Cedar International Trust Co., Ltd., entering a new phase of strategic development.
