Minmetals Property is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Minmetals Land Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with China Minmetals Corporation, one of the world's top 50 central enterprises. Minmetals Property and its six regional property companies have all passed the QES (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health) international three-system certification. Minmetals Property Service (Hunan) Co., Ltd. is currently the largest entity in the Minmetals Property system. The company was established in March 2005, registered in Changsha City, Hunan Province, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its predecessors were "Changsha Juzi'an Property Management Co., Ltd." and "Hunan Jiasheng Property Service Co., Ltd." It is an executive vice president unit of the Changsha Property Management Association, a vice president unit of the Hunan Property Management Association, and a member unit of the China Property Management Association.
After 18 years of dedicated operation, the company manages a contracted area of over 8.87 million square meters, with 29 projects spanning 7 cities in 5 provinces, including Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Tai'an, Xining, Wuhan, and Yichun. It serves over 40,000 households and more than 100,000 people.
