核心职责：
1.建立、实施并维护符合ISO 9001、IATF 16949等标准的PCBA质量管理体系，确保其有效运行和持续改进；
2.精通并推动IPC-A-610（电子组件的可接受性）作为PCBA生产的核心检验标准；
3.负责跨职能团队（工程、制造、供应链等）对客户投诉、厂内重大失效、高成本报废等严重质量问题开展分析回复；
4.建立PCBA全制程（SMT、DIP、测试、三防漆涂覆、组装等）的质量监控点与控制计划；
5.作为客户质量问题的主要接口，及时、专业地处理客户投诉（8D报告），确保根本原因准确，纠正措施有效；
6.主导客户审核、第三方审核及内部审核，并对审核发现的问题推动彻底整改。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.5年以上PCBA行业质量管理经验，至少3年品质经理或同等职责的管理岗位经验；
3.必须具备 SMT 行业质量控制经验；
4.深刻理解SMT/DIP/测试/维修全流程的工艺要点和常见缺陷模式并且拉通预防；
5.具备独立客户端对接能力；
6.有拓邦，朗科，和尔泰，易德龙工作经验优先考虑。
