东莞市路畅智能科技有限公司位于东莞市寮步镇，靠近松山湖，交通便利，占地面积近3万平方米，建筑面积约4万平方米，注册资金1亿元，是国内外车载前装产品的生产基地，同时承接外部客户的汽车、家用数码等电子产品的代工等业务。公司拥有先进的自动化制造体系，运行IATF16949质量管理体系，运行ISO14001环境管理体系，采用MES系统进行生产信息化管理，有双轨西门子高速贴片线多条，配备在线SPI、3DAOI、3DXRAY、软件烧录仪、首件检测仪、激光打标机等多种设备。多条DIP生产线、多条自动/半自动组装流水线，并可根据需要灵活配置产线。自动螺丝机多台、成品测试设备多台、在线视觉设备、点胶机、振动台等多套。有全自动AA摄像头生产线，同时引进先进的生产及制造工艺，不断投入制造的自动化和信息化建设，实现产品品质控制自动化，过程信息追溯化，同时实施标准化，精益化生产，导入信息化等手段，使产品的生产效率和生产质量进行大幅提升。公司产品的研发到量产采用严格的开发流程和制造工艺设计流程，先后通过国内外多家主机厂客户的审核，公司与客户签订框架性销售合同并确定生产计划。公司根据客户订单要求形成生产计划或指令，根据客户订单组织人员生产。1.工资结构：底薪（2200元/月）+加班费+全勤奖+转正后岗位工资+绩效奖+工龄工资（年底统一结算）；综合工资为5000-6500元/月及以上。2.5天8小时工作制，加班费（2200元/月）平时加班：1.5倍工资即18.96元/小时；周末加班：2.0倍工资即25.29元/小时；法定节假日加班：3.0倍工资。加班费（2300元/月）平时加班：1.5倍工资即19.82元/小时；周末加班：2.0倍工资即26.44元/小时；法定节假日加班：3.0倍工资。3.全勤奖100元/月，岗位工资100~1400，绩效奖200~1000元/月。4.工龄奖：满三个月，50元/月；满半年，100元/月；满一年，150元/月；满两年，200元/月；满三年，300元/月（300元封顶）。5.包吃包住，包三餐，入职即购买社保，五险一金齐全。6.宿舍4人间，配备空调、热水器。7.配有篮球场，不定期举办文体活动，篮球赛、羽毛球赛、唱歌比赛，丰富员工生活，节假日发放礼品。
