广西公众司法鉴定中心系广西警官高等专科学校（现广西警察学院）申办，2005年4月经广西壮族自治区司法厅批准成立，面向社会服务的司法鉴定机构。中心遵循“依法、科学、公正、高效”的宗旨，遵照“以事实为依据，以法律为准绳”的原则，坚持实事求是、科学鉴定的准则，为诉讼、仲裁、调解等司法活动提供了科学的依据。中心业务范围有：法医类、痕迹物证类、文书类、声像资料类司法鉴定。
