Shanghai MeMe Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a fintech enterprise dedicated to providing financial services to young people. Founded in June 2014, it focuses on the lifestyle of young people, deeply analyzes their consumption habits, and aims to meet their installment consumption needs. In March 2015, it received a Series A investment of tens of millions of yuan from Xiaomi; in July 2015, Panda Capital invested tens of millions in a Post-A round; in May 2016, Xiyu Capital led the investment, with Shunwei Capital participating in a nearly 100 million yuan Series B round; in April 2017, Haier Capital, Xiyu Capital, and Panda Capital led the investment, with Shunwei Capital, GuangKong Zhongying Capital, and TalkingData's big data industry growth fund participating in a 100 million yuan Series C round; in May 2018, Xinyi Capital's mentor fund, Jinjiang Henglong, and others, along with Panda Capital and Xiyu Capital, continued to invest in a 100 million yuan Series C round. It is a strategic partner of Alibaba Group's Ant Financial, one of the first enterprises to join Ping An Group's Lufax People's Commune platform, the first consumer finance strategic partner of UnionPay Business, a member unit of the Shanghai Financial Information Industry Association, a member unit of the Shanghai Internet Finance Industry Association, and an executive director unit of the Financial Investment Branch of the China Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.
