China Railway Construction Engineering Group Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jian'an Company") was established in January 2020, formed by the merger of the original Installation and Decoration specialized companies of the Construction Engineering Group. Jian'an Company is a wholly-owned specialized company under China Railway Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited. It is engaged in the integrated construction of mechanical and electrical installation and decoration engineering. It possesses Class A qualifications for building decoration engineering design and building intelligent system design; and for construction, it holds Grade I qualifications for general contracting of mechanical and electrical installation engineering, professional contracting of building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, fire protection facility engineering, electronic and intelligent engineering, building decoration engineering, and building curtain wall engineering; Grade III qualification for general contracting of building engineering; and licenses for special equipment installation, transformation, and repair of the People's Republic of China (pressure pipelines) including GB1, GB1 (PE special), and GB(2). It is recognized as a "High-tech Enterprise" by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
Our company currently has 682 employees, including 97 senior engineers, 219 engineers, 26 welders, 1 non-destructive testing personnel, 4 riggers, 18 electricians, and 27 pipefitters. The headquarters is organized into nine departments and one office, and also houses the "Hongtao Innovation Studio" and "Li Jie Branch Studio", as well as a Decoration and Design Research Institute (Research Institute for High-speed Railway Premium Station Design); additionally, there are six regional operation headquarters, with over 50 ongoing projects. In the fields of installation and decoration engineering, we have excellent performance records and abundant talent and technical resources. We possess comprehensive and powerful construction capabilities in the areas of process equipment, power equipment, water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection facilities, intelligent systems, communication and electronic engineering of large and medium-sized industrial and civil buildings. We have created numerous high-quality decoration works in the fields of public transportation, hotels, high-grade office buildings, hospitals, residential projects, and curtain wall installation engineering.
Adhering to the purpose of creating quality projects and serving society, we have completed mechanical and electrical installation and decoration projects for many national and provincial key projects, including Lhasa Railway Station, the National Library of China, the National Stadium (Bird's Nest) for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Beijing South Railway Station, Shenzhen Metro, Chengdu East Railway Station, Dalian Metro, Beijing Metro, Xi'an Metro, Chengdu Metro, Suzhou Metro, and many others. We have won 31 "China Construction Engineering Luban Prizes" and multiple "National Quality Engineering Awards", and are recognized as a "Beijing Quality Trustworthy Unit", "Capital Civilized Unit", "Beijing Advanced Construction Safety Management Unit", and "National Quality Trustworthy Unit".
