Hunan Yintai Communication Development Co., Ltd. is a professional communication information network construction company, established in September 2005 with a registered capital of 101 million RMB. It has 358 management and professional technical personnel, with over 80% holding bachelor's degrees or above. The company has set up permanent offices in 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province, as well as in Nanning, Qinzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou, and Hezhou in Guangxi Province, and Guangzhou in Guangdong Province; it has established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Zhuzhou, Hengyang, Yueyang, Shaoyang, Liuyang (Changsha), and Qinzhou (Guangxi). It possesses over 400 pieces of various mechanical equipment, nearly 200 transportation vehicles, and more than 180 sets of fusion splicing and debugging equipment.
