一、岗位职责：
1、算法开发与实现，开发目标检测、图像分割、OCR识别等视觉算法模块；
2、基于YOLO-V8及以上版本、Mask R-CNN、PP-OCR等主流框架开发业务功能；
3、基于C/C++语言开发YOLO-V8及以上版本算法在Linux核心板上的实现；
4、处理影像，遥感图像数据：数据清洗、标注、增强、训练集构建等；
5、撰写技术文档和开发规范等。
二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、软件工程、数学、自动化、物联网、电子信息及相关专业，具备扎实的Python基础，熟练掌握常用设计模式与架构模式；
2、熟练使用Python，TensorFlow等语言，能从零开始训练模型；
3、熟练使用C/C++语言开发YOLO系列算法的实现；
4、熟悉常见算法：YOLO系列、ResNet、MobileNet等，熟练原理与调参；
5、熟悉OpenCV图像读写、滤波、形态学处理等基础操作；
6、Linux基础操作，能在命令行下操作、调试等；
7、具备强烈的团队合作精神、良好的口头交流能力、以及书面撰写能力。
