Fucheng City Holdings, formerly Guizhou Fucheng Industrial Group, was founded by Chairman Mr. Li Bin in 1993. The group developed the large-scale urban complex project - Jinhou Sports City in Xingyi City, Guizhou, covering an area of 1,900 mu with a construction area of 5.5 million square meters, of which the self-operated commercial area reaches 1 million square meters, including hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, schools, exhibition centers, and other diverse formats. It has been rated as a provincial-level urban complex in Guizhou. Currently, nearly 70% has been developed, residential units are basically sold out, and centralized commercial properties are self-owned, including Mengle City Shopping Center, Happy Orange Shopping Center, Gome Appliances, Easyhome, Exhibition Center, Red Star Macalline, the 600-room Mengle City Grand Hotel, Impression Xingyi Republic-era Commercial Street, the under-construction Guomao Shopping Center, Sofitel Hotel, Exhibition Hotel, etc. The International Eco-City project covers an area of 550 mu with a construction area of 1.1 million square meters, focusing on vertical greening ecological city and the revival of the 1912 Republic-era cultural and artistic district.

The group company has assets of nearly 20 billion yuan. Its subsidiary, Qianxinan Prefecture Fucheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., holds a first-class qualification, Daxin Construction Company holds a first-class general contracting qualification for construction, and Zhiyuan Construction holds a second-class qualification.

In 2018, Fucheng City Holdings was established with a registered capital of 1.28 billion yuan. Based in Shanghai, it is committed to expanding nationwide, with the Yangtze River Delta and Southwest China as the main and key development areas. Among them, the Qujing International Eco-Exhibition City project is positioned as a garden-style industrial new city that drives the upgrade of Qujing's urban construction, with a development area of 3,900 mu. The Xingyi Wanfenglin International Tourism Resort project plans a development area of 17,800 mu, including tourism, leisure vacation, rehabilitation and recuperation, education, high-end residence, medical care, theme parks, cultural performances, ice and snow dream city, resort hotel clusters, Miao and Buyi folk culture industry clusters, and many other business formats, forming a large cultural tourism city for tourism, vacation, residence, and wellness.
