岳阳市四人民医院坐落于享有“湘北门户、工业重镇、临港新城”美誉的云溪区，是以原云溪区人民医院为基础，通过四海揽才、广募精英，并且整合区域医疗资源迁址新建的一所高起点、高规格、高标准的现代化综合医院。?医院占地面积71.8亩，规划床位630张，总投资逾4亿元。建设分三期，目前一期和二期工程已竣工启用，开放床位428张，一期包括门急诊部、住院部及行政办公区，二期工程为内科楼和血液净化中心；三期工程涵盖国际医疗部、高规格的医疗康复中心和肿瘤治疗中心，将于2021年底完成。
