湖南弘润化工科技有限公司成立于2012年，工厂位于岳阳市云溪工业园长岭分园（又称长炼工业园），公司注册资本 1.18 亿元，项目占地面积近80亩，总投资 2.0 亿元。主要从事精细化工产品的研发、生产和经营，现已完成甲苯液相氧化连续生产苯甲酸装置的建设，并投料生产。本套装置可年产5万吨苯甲酸、2500吨苯甲醛、2000吨苯甲酸苄酯等系列产品，计划新增苯甲酸衍生产品项目，是同行中全国排名第二的精细化工生产企业。
2018年由湖南汇智科技发展有限公司和长炼科技公司成功对企业进行增资重组。
