Employee Benefits:
Overtime: Overtime pay is calculated in accordance with labor law regulations.
Meals and Accommodation: The company provides working meals, dormitories, and a cafeteria. Fruits and special meals are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and sweet soups on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
