冀东水泥铜川有限公司现为唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司全资子公司。公司前身是由国家“一五”计划156个重点项目之一--陕西省耀县水泥厂为主发起成立的股份制公司--陕西秦岭水泥（集团）股份有限公司。1956年建厂至今，从湿法生产到干法生产60多年，历经扩建、改制上市、破产重整和重大资产重组。
公司目前拥有一条日产10000吨水泥熟料生产线，两条日产2000吨新型干法生产线，一条日产4000吨和一条日产4500吨新型干法生产线及年产600万吨骨料机制砂项目。主导产品为“盾石牌”P.C32.5R、P.O42.5R 、P.O52.5R普通硅酸盐水泥、低碱水泥和道路水泥，产品通过了ISO9002产品质量认证和质量体系认证，产品性能优良，深受用户信赖。
于2021年6月份投产运行的智能化10000t/d水泥熟料生产线，总投资18亿元，项目依托金隅冀东集团在水泥窑生产、协同处置等方面的核心技术，按照国际先进的“二代水泥技术”标准建设，是国际一流、*、西北首条10000t/d超低能耗、超低排放的熟料水泥*示范生产线。
