Changsha Chengfa Group

Changsha Chengfa Group was officially inaugurated on September 25, 2019, with a registered capital of 50 billion yuan, fully funded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Changsha Municipal Government upon authorization. The Group mainly implements the "Three Cities and Two Investments" development strategy (urban construction, urban operation, urban renewal, industrial investment, and financial investment), and is committed to building a domestic first-class comprehensive urban development operator integrating investment, construction, operation, and services, as well as an innovative state-owned enterprise combining industry and finance.
The Group has established three major business segments: "urban construction, urban operation, and industry-finance investment," with operations covering infrastructure construction, area development, urban renewal, real estate, urban resource operation, energy, international trade, and industry-finance investment. It focuses on developing nine major areas, including the High-speed Railway Exhibition New City Area, Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Park, Southern Integrated City, Nanhu New City, Yanghu Headquarters Economic Zone, Hunan Financial Center, Moon Island Cultural Tourism New City, High-speed Railway West City, and Jinxia Industrial Cluster Area.
