公司成立于1997年，拥有员工63名，拥有20吨电弧炉、60吨钢包精炼炉、1600T油压机、120T退火炉、80T加热炉、2T空气锤、10T操作机、数控GMB3000×8000镗铣床、数显WD200落地镗床、数显TX6213A落地镗床、数显T6113镗床、T6112镗床、T160镗床、数控4m立车、C534立车、C525立车、SR1250×8000卧车、C61160×5000M卧车、C640卧车、Z3063摇臂钻等各型粗精加工设备共六十余台，生产、装配场地近25000㎡，形成了以轧机支承辊轴承座、工作辊轴承座、中型轧辊为主线的大中型件铸造、粗精加工及装配制造基地。公司逐渐走向了规模化、产业化、集团化的发展道路。
