Times GAC Power Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Times GAC") was established on December 28, 2018, located in GAC Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park, Panyu District, Guangzhou, covering a total area of 407 mu with a construction area of 230,000 square meters. The company has a total investment of 4.372 billion yuan (registered capital of 2 billion yuan), jointly invested by CATL, GAC Group, and GAC Aion, with CATL holding 51%, GAC Group 43%, and GAC Aion 6%. The company mainly engages in the development, production, and sales of lithium-ion power batteries and ultra-large capacity energy storage batteries. Major customers include GAC Aion, GAC Trumpchi, and GAC Toyota. The company currently has about 2,500 employees.
As of the end of December 2025, the company has cumulatively delivered nearly 550,000 sets of power batteries to GAC Aion, achieved a cumulative battery output (including storage) of 60 GWh, and a cumulative industrial output value exceeding 26.2 billion yuan.

【Our Strengths】
 Advanced Technology and Main Products: Times GAC adopts CATL's advanced CTP high-integration power battery development platform, eliminating the traditional battery module assembly process, effectively improving space utilization and energy density, and reducing the weight of battery packs. Main products include:
 Shenxing Super-fast Charging Battery: A global LFP (lithium iron phosphate) 4C super-fast charging battery, achieving efficient energy replenishment of "Charge for 10 minutes, drive 800 miles" (Shenxing), with the "long-life version" supporting an ultra-long cell warranty of 8 years or 800,000 kilometers, significantly alleviating user anxiety about battery life;
 Xiaoyao Super Hybrid Battery: A hybrid battery with a pure electric range of over 400 km and 4C super-fast charging capability.
 Extreme Manufacturing: Extremely fast production speed, with the 20 PPM cell production line capable of producing 20,000 cells per day on average [averaging one cell per second, one battery pack every 2.5 minutes, with an automation rate of 95%].
 Quality Management: ERP, MES, and other systems provide full-process control, traceability throughout the product lifecycle, real-time monitoring of quality control points, and quality defect levels achieve PPB [Parts Per Billion].
 Safety Performance: The battery system exhibits excellent safety performance, effectively preventing risks such as overheating and short circuits. To date, Times GAC has cumulatively delivered nearly 550,000 sets of power batteries without any safety fire accidents.
