2. We hope you are someone patient and willing to help others, providing mortgage services for home-buying customers, and providing mortgage and business loan services for business customers; maintaining good relationships with customers and channels, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships (loan guarantee services).

3. What you need to do is understand the housing loan policies of all our partner banks, and provide the most valuable help to customers with funding needs (loan solutions).

4. We have no major requirements. We only hope you are an honest, responsible, and grateful person (patient, helping customers solve funding needs).

5. It doesn't matter if you are a fresh graduate. As long as you are willing to learn, we are willing to give you a platform for growth and hope to see you become better day by day (one-on-one mentoring and training).


Salary: Base salary 4300+ (12%-35%) commission + order-opening bonus + monthly bonus + five insurances + year-end bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM, 2-hour lunch break, fixed one and a half days off on weekends
