Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is centered in Shenzhen, radiating across the South China region. It currently employs over 1,000 staff. Projects are distributed across multiple cities including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Yulin. The branch comprises 16 functional departments (including a Design Institute (Grade A) and the Green Building and Eco-City Research Institute), and manages 3 branch companies (Hainan, Guangzhou, Yulin), 1 investment company, and 3 prefabrication factories. It possesses the foundational capability for key technology research and implementation in industrialized prefabricated concrete structure construction. Through design-led, technology-driven approaches; rational layout and systematic coordination; industrial platforms and regional operations; and the development of EPC five-in-one general contracting, it is becoming an implementation platform for comprehensive research in industrialization, scientific experimentation, technology development, industrial implementation, and policy mechanisms.
