职位描述
1.协助处理MES系统日常运维问题，指导培训实施工程师完成MES-PLC对接调试，能根据系统日志内容识别系统运行故障，保障生产现场稳定运行，并参与和PLC、SCADA、ERP等系统的数据集成接口开发。
2.负责参与制造执行系统（MES）的需求分析、技术方案设计及核心功能模块的开发与实现。
3.独立完成后台业务逻辑开发、数据库设计、API接口开发与联调，确保系统稳定、高效。
4.对系统进行性能监控、分析与优化，包括数据库SQL调优、应用程序及中间件性能提升。
5.负责在Linux服务器上进行应用的部署、发布、监控与日志排查等运维工作。
6.领导安排的其他职责内的工作。
任职资格
1.专科及以上学历，2-3年实际开发经验，有MES、WMS等制造业相关系统开发经验者优先。
2、后端技术栈要求Java基础扎实，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud等主流框架。熟悉微服务架构，有高并发、高可用系统的设计与开发经验。熟练掌握Oracle/MySQL/SQLServer等至少一种数据库，具备较强的SQL优化和数据库设计能力。精通RedisRabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件的原理和使用场景。
3.运维能力：熟悉Linux操作系统，能熟练运用常用命令，具备独立的应用部署和运维能力。
4.软性素质：具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神，能快速理解业务需求。
5.工作安排：项目关键阶段能配合短期夜班或加班支持。
