2、熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架，具备大型系统开发经验者优先；
3、了解网络编程、操作系统基础知识，以及数据库（如MySQL）的使用和优化；
4、熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，具备良好的代码设计能力和编程习惯；
5、沟通表达能力良好，有客户需求对接经验优先，后续会作为骨干或管理岗培养
