Guoxin Tengyuan (Beijing) Engineering Design Co., Ltd., formerly known as Beijing Tengyuan Architectural Design Co., Ltd., was established in 1995. Originally affiliated with the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China, Beijing Tengyuan has fully leveraged its technical advantages to actively participate in national economic construction since its inception, and has won widespread praise from all walks of life for its excellent quality and thoughtful service. The company passed ISO9001:2008 certification in 2005. To adapt to the development of the market economy, Beijing Tengyuan was restructured from its original design office into a limited company in 2009, further enhancing its overall strength. Beijing Tengyuan currently holds the national Class A engineering design certificate for construction, the Class A certificate for landscape architecture engineering design, and the Class B certificate for civil air defense design. The company's main business scope includes project consulting and planning design, architectural engineering design, decoration and renovation design, landscape architecture and environmental planning design, and civil air defense engineering design, gradually forming a service system covering the entire process of engineering construction technology and management, and fully leveraging the advantages of a technology-intensive enterprise. Beijing Tengyuan possesses a design and management team with senior and intermediate professional and technical personnel as the backbone, featuring comprehensive and specialized technical capabilities, including over twenty national first-class registered architects and first-class registered engineers, and nearly ten national landscape architects, with strong professional technical and management capabilities. Beijing Tengyuan has successively established branches in Tianjin and other places. Between 2018 and 2020, Guoxin Group (a leading enterprise in the domestic procurement and bidding industry), after extensive research on the national design industry, gained a controlling stake in Beijing Tengyuan, and the company was subsequently renamed Guoxin Tengyuan (Beijing) Engineering Design Co., Ltd., initiating a path of whole-process engineering consulting development. Over the years, Beijing Tengyuan has always received care and support from all sectors of society, enabling it to make modest contributions to national economic construction and social development.
